- Chosen by Voters It's basically the breaks of the game. There's no way to legislate against getting hit in the head by a foul ball (I know nothing about Cricket except it's a noisy insect). There have been people try to sue after getting hit. They got nowhere because you take the risk of that happening.I don't understand going to any sporting event and not paying attention.
